Jammers Pro offers two shipping methods. Our customers can choose between DHL or UPS. We strongly recommend DHL because of the faster and more reliable service offered by the courier.

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the order. You can check the freight fee of your order during checkout. Every product displayed on our website is tax free, because our company is incorporated in Dubai Free Zone.


Delivery time

Please, allow us up to 3 working days to provision your order. Mostly, we ship the product in 1-2 business days from the date of payment. After processing time is completed, we require that you kindly allow us 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to the address mentioned during checkout. Usually, it takes 4 business days for DHL to complete the delivery process.

As for customized orders, lead time varies between 3-5 business days depending on the amount of units ordered. Delivery time, on the other hand, will pretty much be the same as for oher regular orders.

You can check the status of your order at any time by signing in to your account. In case your order has already been provisioned, you may find its tracking number. You shall get an email notification from us when your order has been shipped.

If you live in the countryside, it may take from 1 to 2 additional business days for delivery.


Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns for credit. We offer assistance to the customer for a year from the date of delivery. In case of your product´s malfunction beyond the 1-year warranty we offer, you may contact us through the contact form on top right corner of every page on our website and we will try to sort things out in the most convenient way for you and us.

As for returns, we only accept the replacement or repair of a product due to non - physical damages caused by the user. We are not to be held responsible for such cause. And we will be able to tell the cause of the device malfunction when in our hands. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to try to trick us. Thanks.

In case of malfunction, you must send us the product via an express courier that also provides a tracking number/waybill. So that, we know exactly where the product is at every stage. Returns must be sent to our warehouse, which is not the address shown in every page footer of the website. You may contact us through our contact form and we will send you the address of our warehouse.

Shipping cost of the returned product is customer´s responsibility. In the same way, we will return the repaired or replaced equipment at our cost. You shall receive its tracking number when the product has been dispatched.

Please, allow us from 2 to 4 weeks for the whole process to be completed. Although, it often takes less.
